Peace Coffee  

Peace Coffee is a Minneapolis based roastery committeed to making exceptional-tasting, organic fair-trade coffee that sustains the livelihoods of the people who grow, roast, and sell it; preserving and protecting the environment that produces it; and delighting the taste buds of those who drink it.

Peace Coffee will be at our ribbon cutting ceremony sampling hot coffee and cold press. Come to our opening ceremonies and enjoy a cup of delicious local coffee. 

Linden Hills Co-op Bakery

During the ribbon cutting ceremony, we'll be serving bite size chocolate chip and raspberry scones and passion fruit tartlets from our in-house bakery. Our bakery makes delcious baked goods and desserts with quality ingredients in our kitchen everyday. 

Between 12 pm and 3 pm, come back to the co-op for a delicious housemade cake from our bakery! We'll be serving it alongside the Cado Avocado Ice Cream. Yum! 

11 am to 1 pm

Featherstone Farm Produce

At the co-op, Featherstone is famous for their delicious fall carrots that often supply our local food-loving customers through February. Featherstone Farm is a 250-acre organic vegetable farm in Rushford, MN. Featherstone is dedicated to building soil, protecting resources, creating renewable energy and enhancing the rural environment in which it operates. Look for their kale, sweet corn, broccoli, melons, carrots and more! 

Featherstone will be here sampling some of their tastiest seasonal vegetables! 

Seven Sundays Muesli

Seven Sundays makes delicious muesli, and recently started making muesli squares. Muesli is a Swiss oatmeal made with raw oats, grains, seeds nuts and dried fruit. Owners Brady and Hannah believe wholeheartedly that starting the day off right makes for the best day. "Through our products and brand, we hope to prepare you for the best day possible so that you can face your everyday adventures with a relaxed state of mind and sustained energy."

Seven Sundays will be sampling their delicious and nutritious products! All varieties of Seven Sundays muesli will be on sale as a part of the Grand Opening Sale!

12 pm to 2 pm

Cado Avocado Ice Cream 

New! This local ice cream is made in Iowa. It's the first organic, dairy-free avocado-based ice cream! Creamy, delicious, and with a whole avocado in each pint, you’ll get to enjoy nutrients you wouldn’t find in regular ice cream! This product is organic, vegan and soy and gluten free. 

Cado Ice Cream will be served along side a slice of cake made by our in house bakery!

2 pm to 4 pm

Sunleaf Naturals 

Sunleaf is committed to creating beautiful products that perform and smell amazing and allow real plant power to shine through! To do this, Sunleaf carefully selects each ingredient for its healthful benefits and source within sustainable supply chains. At the co-op, we carry Sunleaf's soaps, scents, candles, diffuers and more.

Gustola Granola

Gustola Granola is a Linden Hills Local vendor. Owner and baker Angie Gustafson is a co-op member. Gustola Granola is committed to producing granola of exceptional quality, with exceptional care, and all from scratch. All of their granola is made in small batches in a local kitchen. Using all natural ingredients, Gustola makes a granola that is both satifying and good for you!

Stop in and try their delicious granola at the co-op between 2 and 4! All Gustola Granola products will be on sale during the 3 day Grand Opening Sale!
