October Member Drive

During October you may notice a few extra root vegetables floating around the Front End. We're encouraging non-member shoppers to get rooted in Linden Hills Co-op! Why? Because joining the co-op is great for you and your community. Every new member who joins in October will get a complimentary gift! Watch as our beet gets colored in the store and above as new member-owners join our community!

Community Benefits

Socially Responsible Local Ownership

For every $100 you spend at a locally-owned business, at least $45 is returned to the community. For every dollar spent at a chain store, only 14¢ is returned to the local community.

Community Support

Each year, Linden Hills Co-op donates to approximately 75 local non-profit organizations and donates more than 15,000 pounds of food to local food shelves.

A Stable Market for Local Farmers and Producers

Our buyers choose local products whenever they are available; nearly 30% of all the food we sell is from local sources.

A Higher Standard of Doing Business

Cooperatives are pioneers and leaders in bringing local and organic foods and products to the marketplace, protecting the health of farmers, consumers, and the environment.
