Rhubarb Strawberry Smoothie

Beautiful color, bright flavor and local rhubarb make this smoothie an irresistable treat. Use frozen fruit for a quick on the go smoothie.

• 1 1/2 cup strawberry
• 1 1/2 cup rhubarb, frozen
• 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
• 1 1/2 cup almond milk
• 2/3 cup acai or pomegranate juice
• In a blender, mix all together until smooth. Serve immediately.
