Rosemary Cranberry Sauce

Makes 5 cups of sauce

Using local, fresh cranberries for this sauce makes a flavorful addition to your Thanksgiving table. With only 5 ingredients in the recipe, this is a great one to let the kids help with. 

Top your sauce with a sprig of fresh rosemary to add some holiday flair.

If you end up with extras, this sauce freezes well. It's great to use on your turkey leftovers!


Ingredients

6 cups cranberries

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

3-4 large fresh rosemary sprigs. Reserve 1-2 sprigs for garnish. 

Directions

• Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Stir occasionally until cranberries burst and mixture thickens. 

• Remove from heat and let cool. Remove the sprigs of rosemary and discard.

• Transfer mixture to a festive bowl and top with remaining sprigs of rosemary, and you're ready to top your turkey!
