Join us Wednesdays in January for education and savings in our wellness department. Each week, Emily--our health and body care manager--will lead a class tour focused on products for various health needs. 

All class tours are 10:30 am-11:30 am

January 4 | Detox Regimen Review

Emily will teach about detox regimens and how to choose which program is right for you. Learn how to return your body to a more natural state by stimulating your liver to get rid of toxins. Additionally, you’ll walk away with tips about how to stay healthy throughout the year!

January 11 | Power Up with Protein Powder

Supplemental protein as a part of an active lifestyle aids in keeping your energy up, your appetite down, building muscle and losing weight. Join Emily for a tasting event where you can try some of the protein powders we offer at the coop. She’ll also talk about ways to use protein powder to keep it interesting and beneficial.

January 18 | Build your Seasonal Defenses

A strong immune system will help get you through the cold Minnesota winter and leave you feeling good through spring. Join Emily to learn about natural ways to give your immune system a boost this season.

January 25 | Boost your Mood!

Maintaining a positive outlook directly affects your ability to form healthy habits that make you happy. Join Emily for tips and suggestions for staying positive during the long winter months. Emily will begin with in-your-chair yoga you can do anywhere. Then she’ll talk about lifestyle habits, supplements, and herbs that will keep you smiling all year long.
