Grlk Sauce

Grlk is a versatile garlic sauce made of just 5 simple ingredients: fresh garlic, organic lemon juice, non-gmo canola oil, organic sea salt, and water. In the flavored varieties, locally grown basil and chipotle peppers are added. Every ingredient is chosen for its freshness and quality and with your health in mind.

Peter Chehadeh of St Paul is the founder and CEO of Grlk. His recipe came from his Lebanese background and memories of cooking in the kitchen with his grandmother. 

Grlk makes a healthy substitute for any condiment, salad dressing and marinade. Try it on chicken, pork and seafood for delicious results. It's the perfect addition to a cold pasta salad for a summer picnic.
