Mango Smoothie Bowl

Try out this tropical, fruity smoothie bowl recipe for a beautiful, delicious breakfast in minutes.

Vegan, Gluten-Free


Smoothie

•1 cup mango

•1 medium banana

•1/2 cup milk of choice (soy + nut milks work great)

•1 tsp of chia seeds

•Handful of ice cubes*

 

Toppings

•Sliced banana

•Goji berries

•Mango chunks

•Chia seeds

*Pro tip: Freeze your fruit ahead of time and you won't even need to add ice cubes!

Directions

•Place fruit, chia seeds, and ice cubes (if using) in a high speed blender.

•Cover with milk, and blend until smooth. If you prefer your smoothie a little thicker or thinner, simply adjust the amount of milk you add.

•Pour into a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy!

Feel free to experiment with toppings. Try things other nuts and seeds, different fresh or dried fruits, coconut flakes, or granola, the options are truly endless!

You can also add a handful of spinach to your smoothie before blending for some added nutrients. You won't taste it, but your smoothie might not be as beautiful in color!
