Linden Hills Co-op had a very popular juice bar at our previous location at Upton Ave and 43rd Street. Below are the recipes for our most popular juices. 


U Can't Beet It                           

4 beets

1 knuckle ginger

2 medium carrots                              

Wouzer Douzer

1 knuckle ginger

1 beet

4 celery stalks

1 quarter of cucumber (about 2 inches)                             

3 medium carrots

Linden Hills Tonic  

4 beets

Half of 1 lemon

1 apple

3 medium carrots              

                                         

Green Goddess

1 clove garlic

2 handfuls of spinach

4 kale leaves & stalks 

8 celery stalks

Half of 1 lemon

Half of 1 cucumber

1 handful of parsley

1 knuckle ginger 

 

Calcium/Iron Fix

8 kale leaves & stalks

1 apple

Half of 1 lemon

3 medium carrots

The Energizer

1 knuckle ginger

2 handfuls of spinach

4 celery stalks

1 handful of parsley

Iguana Juice

1 knuckle ginger

When making juice, feel free to experiment and find the ratios that work for you. If your juice seems too thick, add water or apple juice.
