Summer Fruit Salad

Fruit salad is a picnic staple. Not only is this recipe colorful and festive, it adds some nutrition to your picnic plate and will have your guests coming back for more.
Ingredients
• 1 6oz package of blueberries
• 1 pound red or green grapes, halved
• 4 bananas, sliced
• 1/2 pound of strawberries, sliced
• Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
• 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped (optional)
• vanilla or plain greek yogurt (optional)
Instructions
• Combine all cut fruit in large mixing bowl
• Mix in lemon or lime juice and toss with mint
• Cover and refridgerate until ready to use
• Serve with a dollop of yogurt on top or along side for dipping
