Super Easy Pita Pizza

This is an amazing lightening fast dinner option, or it can also be used for a fun, healthy lunch! Stick to whole wheat pita, and toss on some vegetables, and it's quite healthy. To pack for lunch, just allow to cool, cut up. Can be eaten cold no problem, or heated up in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.

Ingredients
•1 whole wheat pita bread
•1 oz of your favorite pizza sauce
•1 oz mozzerella cheese
•Feel free to add addtional toppings like olives, pepperoni, bell pepper slicers, basil or use up any other veggies in the crisper.
Directions
•Start by turning on the toaster oven. While it’s warming up, spread an even layer of sauce onto the pita.
•Next, layer any toppings you are using, and cover with cheese.
•Place the pita in the toaster oven and toast/bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melty and pizza is hot and toasty.
•To send for lunch, simply allow to cool, cut up into triangles for little hands. Pack it up with some fruit and veggies sides and send it out the door!
